Total bed spaces is not a fixed number — it grows when we take on a property and shrinks when a lease runs out. Correct the prefilled figure on the day it changes; the report records it per day, so both the vacancy rate and the semester figure stay readable when the portfolio moves.
Empty bed spaces: blank means blank. If you do not have the number, the report says n/a — it never reports 0.0 % vacancy from an empty field.

„Copy email“ puts the formatted mail on the clipboard — paste straight into Outlook, the table and headings come along. The grey IA-DATA block at the foot is machine readable; leave it in the mail, the weekly, monthly, quarterly and semester roll-ups are built from it.
